About Retreats

This retreat is curated and creatively directed by Italy Segreta, a travel consulting and storytelling studio specializing in bespoke experiences across Italy. To ensure operational excellence and legal coverage, all bookings, payments, and travel services are handled by our licensed tour operator partner, Florence & Arno Travel S.r.l., based in Florence, Italy, and a proud member of Virtuoso. While Italy Segreta is responsible for the design, content, and curation of your experience, Florence & Arno Travel S.r.l. acts as the legal entity managing the sale and execution of the retreat under European travel regulations. All confirmations, invoices, and official travel documents will be issued by Arno Travel.

Retreat Booking Terms

Payment Schedule

–A 50% deposit is required at the time of booking. Of this, 20% is immediately non-refundable.

–The entire deposit becomes non-refundable and non-transferable 120 days before the start of the retreat.

–The remaining 50% balance is due 90 days prior to the retreat start date. At that point, it also becomes non-refundable.

–All payments must be made in euros (EUR), via bank transfer or credit card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express).

Cancellation Policy

–More than 120 days prior to retreat start: 80% of total amount refundable

–Between 90–120 days prior: 50% refundable

–Less than 90 days prior: non-refundable

–Cancellations must be submitted in writing. No payments are transferable to another participant or retreat.

–Travel Insurance is strongly encouraged to make sure you protect your investment in this experience.

Other Terms

–Travel insurance is strongly recommended.

–In the event of unforeseen circumstances (e.g. travel delays, personal emergencies, force majeure), Florence & Arno Travel S.r.l. will work to provide reasonable alternatives but cannot guarantee refunds beyond the cancellation terms above.

–Participants are responsible for ensuring they meet travel requirements (e.g. passport validity, visas).
